Archbishop of Canterbury resigns over handling of sex abuse scandal

Justin Welby, the Archbishop of Canterbury, resigned on Tuesday after a report last week showed that he had failed to ensure a legitimate investigation into allegations that a lawyer and volunteer at Christian summer camps had physically and sexually abused hundreds of boys and young men.
