Ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo insisted Saturday he's an avid Israel supporter -- but refused to condemn state Assembly Speaker and longtime ally Carl Heastie for torpedoing a bipartisan bill that would have commemorated Hamas' Oct. 7, 2023 terror attack on the Jewish state.
