It looks like the rumors were true. An iconic The Lord of the Rings game is getting a remaster, and it surprisingly launched today. Previously, a leak suggested a new War in the North release was happening, and in an age of remasters and remakes, that at least sounded plausible. The War in the North is easily one of the best LOTR games around, and with several new movies (plus a new season of Amazon's show) on the horizon, the timing makes sense.
