American Jews’ wounds are self-inflicted

A recent opinion piece published in The Times of Israel claimed that “Netanyahu’s Israel is costing American Jews.” The assertion reverses the truth. Israel’s defense of its people is not the source of diaspora alienation. The real fracture is self-inflicted, rooted in assimilation, political misjudgment, and a refusal to recognize Israel’s forensic, historical, scientific, and legal rights to its land. History makes this pattern clear. Hashem has always used imperfect leaders to secure justice.
