Only Murders in the Building Season 5 will air new episodes every Tuesday on Hulu. As of this writing, the new installment has a 97% fresh score on Rotten Tomatoes‘ Tomatometer and a 91% score on its Popcornmeter.

Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez feature in the show as Charles, Oliver, and Mabel. Recurring and guest cast members include Bobby Cannavale, Jermaine Fowler, Keegan-Michael Key, Téa Leoni, and Renée Zellweger.

Season 5 has received overwhelmingly positive reviews. FandomWire‘s Sean Boelman praised the series’ new direction, noting that it was proof that the creators “aren’t yet running out of ideas.” He also praised the mystery drama’s leading trio, noting that they were “charming and game as ever.”

Shubhra Gupta of The Indian Express opined that the new installment “hits all the right notes, with the same serio-bizarre fun layered with emotion, a hard mix to pull off.” She noted that this was “a strong hook” for the series so far, except for the last season.

Only Murders in the Building Season 5’s first three episodes are currently streaming on Hulu. Subsequent episodes will be released weekly.
