Scott Jacoby, who was sixteen at the time, had previously held the honour. In 1973, the star's performance in the drama film That Certain Summer, which was produced for television, earned him the Best Supporting Actor award. Roxana Zal, on the other hand, is the youngest actress to win an Emmy, having done so in 1984 at the tender age of 14.
