ABC Finally Realizes Its Catastrophic Grey's Anatomy Mistake Before It’s Too Late

The full trailer for Grey’s Anatomy season 23 has been released, and it shows that the medical drama has finally changed its approach in one important way compared to previous seasons. Set to return as part of ABC’s Fall 2026 lineup on Thursday, October 15, for its season 23 premiere, Grey’s Anatomy will feature another disaster that results in patients arriving at Grey Sloan Memorial en masse, with the plane collision immediately following the bridge collapse that happened in Grey’s Anatomy season 22’s finale.
