A Florida Judge Grants 50 Cent A Temporary Restraining Order Against Rick Ross’ Baby Mama, Tia Kemp

Days ago, 50 Cent asked a court to order Rick Ross’ ex, Tia Kemp, to stop harassing his 14-year-old son on social media, and though Kemp has since posted multiple videos slandering 50 and his son, a court has sided with Diddy and granted him a protective order in the situation.

According to TMZ, a Florida judge granted 50 Cent a temporary injunction protecting his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson, from online harassment by Rick Ross’ 49-year-old baby mama (Hip-Hop in 2026, y’all). In the court order, the Florida judge ordered Kemp to stay at least 500 feet away from the teenager and to refrain from contacting him, directly or indirectly, on social media.

If you’ve seen the videos she’s been posting lately, you know she’ll have something to say about this, since she’s already said she has nothing to lose.

Per TMZ:

The judge didn’t stop there … Tia is also prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition. She must surrender any weapons in her possession to law enforcement when she is served with the order.

The temporary injunction comes after 50 filed papers on behalf of Sire, claiming Tia had repeatedly targeted his son online and allegedly called him “slow” and said he was on the autism spectrum.

Maybe Tia Kemp Went After The Wrong Kid

Maybe if Tia Kemp had gone after 50’s firstborn, Marquis Jackson, she wouldn’t have had a problem. 50 Cent apparently doesn’t like that kid that much.

It’s anyone’s guess how Tia Kemp will respond to this latest development, but don’t be surprised if she keeps clapping back at Fiddy for involving the law in this beef.
