WARNING: SPOILERS FROM ONE PIECE'S ELBAPH ARCOne of the greatest early twists of the One Piece series saw the introduction of the world's strongest swordsmen, giving Luffy, his crew, and the audience a peek at the levels of power the protagonists will need to reach to accomplish their dreams. But as the plot moves closer to One Piece's final arc, the strongest crews throughout the franchise's history have (mostly) made themselves known.
