6 Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Season 1 Episodes You Can Completely Skip

It's okay to skip these six episodes when rewatching Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. DS9 was still finding its footing in its first season, and the incredible political storytelling that defines the show had not yet emerged. Storylines like the Dominion War and the Maquis came in later seasons, so a lot of what would become the defining arcs of the show simply didn’t exist yet. Similarly, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine's cast is fantastic, but, in season 1, the characters and their relationships were still develiping.
