Bob Dylan is one of the most well-known American musicians and lyricists of all time—and one of the most talented. In the most recent biopic portraying his storied career, A Complete Unknown, actor Timothée Chalamet depicts Dylan's far-reaching influence in American music, from his groundbreaking incorporation of electric instruments into folk music to his collaborations with other legends such as Joan Baez. But later in the 1960s, after the events of the film, Dylan influenced yet another musician: Jimi Hendrix, whose cover of "All Along the Watchtower" would become one of the most well-known rock songs of all time.
