Seven Stars is officially two weeks away. Before you start planning your schedule, read on for our five must-see artists performing this year.

Last year, GRiZ made his return to the EDM scene in Arrington, Virginia, at the inaugural edition of his very own festival, Valley of the Seven Stars. Now, there’s only two weeks to go until Seven Stars returns to the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains on October 9-11.

An eclectic mix of over 80 artists are billed across Seven Stars’ three cosmic-themed stages. GRiZ himself will perform three times over the weekend: two classic sets to close out the Big Dipper mainstage on Friday and Sunday, along with a set from his mellower Chasing the Golden Hour side project set to be performed against a stunning backdrop of rainbow hues over rolling hillscapes.

LSDream will also be performing multiple sets, including his guided meditation and sound bath project, Lightcode, while Gramatik is playing a Street Bangerz set. Dubstep’s favorite power couple Crankdat and ALLEYCVT are slated to perform heavy hitting individual sets, Levity and LYNY are going back-to-back, and EDM’s self-proclaimed villain Nikita, the Wicked is on the lineup as well. Other standouts include Ganja White Night, CloZee, Distinct Motive, Hedex, Effin, G Jones, Daily Bread, and Richard Finger.

Two Guys

Crawdad Sniper and Chez joined forces as Two Guys for the first time at Infrasound Music Festival in May 2025, then released their debut collaborative EP, BIG BRAIN GOOFIN’, a short few days later. Their music fully embraces the wonky, wobbly, and unabashedly quirky and exploratory side of bass music, while their sets are infused with infectious energy drawn from all corners of electronic music.

The duo were added to the lineup last year just two weeks out from the festival, but this time their place on the bill has been locked in from the beginning. With both artists bound to bring their A-game and individual flair into this cohesive and highly groovy set, it’s one worth catching.

The Sponges

Hailing from Florida, Ryan Slepin and Nik Eaton, who form the The Sponges, infuse the “good times in the sunshine” energy from their state straight into their work. They bring a playful dose of funk and disco to bass house, their music filled with both nostalgia and a modern edge.

Their sets themselves are just as much about having a fun, silly time as they are about getting down and appreciating high quality music, with the duo’s infectious energy spreading throughout the dancefloor. While this time of year often brings colder temperatures to Virginia, The Sponges will add a little Florida warmth to Seven Stars, giving ravers the chance to soak up the good vibes.

Flying Mojito Bros

Ben Chetwood and Jack Sellen are the two minds behind the Flying Mojito Bros. The DJ duo have described their production style as remixing classic rock hits and cosmic country funk — a compelling hybrid between country, folk, dreamy psychedelic rock, and old school funk — into disco and acid house tracks built for modern dancefloors. Their sets are a blast from the past, teleporting ravers to vintage Americana landscapes, so expect a wildly fun and vibe-fueled trip back in time at their Seven Stars set.

A Little Sound

While last year’s lineup featured no drum and bass, attendees are finally getting a taste of the fast-paced genre in the Valley this time around. A Little Sound is among a handful of DnB artists gracing the festival, but she is one you won’t want to miss.

The Bristol-based singer, DJ, and producer of both liquid and dancefloor melodies is best known for her emotive, soulful, and euphoric sound. She’s collaborated with Subtronics, Friction, Andromedik, and Hedex, the lattermost of whom is also representing DnB in the cosmic valley this year. So get through the gates early on Saturday and start your day on a high note with her set.

Cool Customer

If you’re a fan of artists like LSDream, CloZee, and Gramatik’s funky, glitch-hop sound, Cool Customer is an artist you’ll want to keep on your radar. His music is packed with wonky sound design and warped textures, and despite a relatively small catalog since breaking onto the scene in 2022, he’s cultivated a loyal fanbase that’s been eagerly awaiting each new release. At Seven Stars, expect a set that moves between laid-back grooves and trippy, bass-heavy drops, keeping faces melting and feet moving throughout the whole ride.
