10 Reasons Why 'Tombstone' Is a Perfect Western

1993's Tombstone follows Wyatt Earp (Kurt Russell) and his brothers (Sam Elliott andBill Paxton) as they try to settle down in the titular town. Claiming to be retired from the law, the Earps find jobs as card dealers in a saloon. But their peace doesn't last long, as a ruthless gang of outlaws called the Cowboys are ready to ruffle more than a few feathers. Along for the ride is Wyatt's best friend, Doc Holliday (Val Kilmer).
