Drop is the latest mystery thriller from director Christopher Landon and Blumhouse Productions. After a traumatic event from her past, widowed mother Violet (Meghann Fahy) agrees to her first date in years with the charming and handsome Henry (Brandon Sklenar). The upscale, high-rise restaurant seems to be the perfect setting for a romantic evening, but trouble arises when Violet receives threatening AirDrops from someone in the restaurant. The stakes are raised when the threats turn into promises of violence against Violet's young son if she doesn't follow the stranger's commands.
