The DC Multiverse harbors many frightening threats, yet there is still a class of characters fully defined by their unbridled savagery. Many of them do not possess complex overarching goals, but instead exist solely to inflict extreme physical pain. They have no qualms whatsoever with taking a life, and strive to turn many of their encounters into absolute bloodbaths.
