One that can hopefully be agreed on is that comedies are good, right? Quite a bit has been written about how they're not as common as they used to be, or that prominent comedies nowadays usually also qualify as action movies (or fit within other genres, as with recent Best Picture winners like Parasite and Anora), but laughing at something still feels good.
