The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has been handing out the Academy Awards since 1929, and in the years since then, these have become the most prestigious and highly-coveted awards in the entire film industry. The Academy, however, doesn't always get it right. In fact, throughout history, they've awarded several acting performances that have proven to be nothing but forgettable.
