A “sicko movie” is not as easy to define as a comedy, an epic movie, or an action film, but it’s more just a vibe you get from certain films. Many of them are horror movies, so that’s the genre that’s going to be focused on here. Basically, they're horror movies that get a bit grosser than your average one, and there has to be some element of glee behind some of the gross things that happen on screen.
